- In MS Word for Windows, a persons name & address go into a glossary.
- The glossary seems to be bound to the template type (personal letters
- have a glossary disjoint from block letters, disjoint from semi-block
- letters, etc.). After poking around, I see where they have hidden
- the glossary information.
-
- Seems to me, names & addresses is an independent concept from the style
- of letter.
-
- Does anyone have a method of merging these glossaries together in some
- fashion? All I can come up with is a program that rips them out of the
- binaries, sort/merge & reinserts them back. It is far more risky than
- I like. I'm actually hoping someone has a more straightforward answer.
