- I think the simplest thing to do is choose the "different first page" option
- in the View Header/Footer dialog, then set the first page header position
- (the "From edge setting in the same dialog) to be, say, 3.25 inches.
- The following page headers can be deleted or set to have a smaller margin
- value. These settings can be saved in a template, also.
