  12. Is it possible to do the following with the Video Blaster:

  14.     1) Input an NTSC signal into the Video Blaster
  15.     2) Create a slide show w/ Freelance for Windows
  16.     3) Overlay the NTSC input signal onto the slideshow, and 
  17.     4) Get an NTSC output signal to record onto videotape
  18.  
  19. with the goal of being able to make 1/2 decent looking commercials?

  21. If the VB can't do it, what's the next cheapest way to do it?
