  27. I'm not particularly "worked up" over this issue.  I am (a)
  28. trying to figure out just who (general terms) the class of pseudonymous
  29. WELL users is; and (b) are there any implications of this
  30. sort of in-between policy on pseudonymity?  I figure this is the
  31. right newsgroup to discuss such things.
