- services? Yet, the state says he's okay because he's licensed. I'd much
- rather see a privately-run _certification_ program than a gov't-run
- _licensure_ program. It simply makes more sense to privately certify
- someone's competence than to publicly test their knowledge. Moreover,
- the gov't typically spends twice to thrice as much to achieve the same
- objective as a private program would.

- Licensure and/or registration of programmers and/or admins and/or other
- such is silly and counterproductive.
