  21. Try ftp to moon.cecer.army.mil (IP address 129.229.1.16)  It's all there.

  23. grassu-list@moon.cecer.army.mil (for GRASS users), or
  24. grassp-list@moon.cecer.army.mil (for GRASS programmers).  Also available on
