- The rich can always evade taxes by moving if not legally within the country
- so you can never really accomplish a system that taxes everything. Of course
- they have money to set up trust funds, etc. but for most, the mobility is
- the real saviour. A flat tax would make our country more productive since we
- know that if we work harder, we will actually get to keep 90% (or 80%) of
- the proceeds, which is a pretty good incentive, isn't it?
