  43. To my knowledge, it doesn't include language. The U.N. declaraion does
  44. not say that the State must provide english education to immigrants.

  58. There is no discrimination againts immigrants. Schooling is in the
  59. language of the country. Anglo-quebecois have a priviledge however to
  60. send their kids to english schools.
