- Well, here's another me-too. I was at home in Foster City, and this
- was the first noticeable shake since we moved to landfill heaven- so I
- was _very_ interested in how things would behave. I was sitting on the
- living room floor wrapping Christmas presents, so my butt was well
- coupled to the slab- I got two nice sharp little shocks within 100 ms
- or so, then a gap of some 1-2 seconds, then about 15 seconds of
- gentle shaking at about 1hz. Peak displacement apparent from the
- chandelier was about 1/4". Most amusing- it'll be interesting to see
- how the jello under the house behaves when the local faults get around
- to the next act...!
