  21. I'll vouch for the Adaptec, which runs like a charm (1542B) on my 386-33
  22. with 3.2v4 (the Unix in ODT 2.0).  I also have an Ultrastor 14F which I
  23. got "sold"---no faster, not as well made, needs a special driver, and
  24. what really condemns the Ultrastor is that the floppy disks don't work
  25. reliably, and if the hard disk is doing anything, the floppies don't
  26. work at all..   Buy the Adaptec and save yourself grief.
