  24.     I wish I had your optimistic views. Do you really think that
  25. a nation counting 5 million can open universities and teach courses in
  26. just everything ? I mean, do you think we can afford it ? If there were
  27. courses offered in Czech lands only, couldn't it also mean that the demand
  28. for that type of course had been to low to let them open two of them, one
  29. in each republic ?
