- Mr. Marcinka,
-
- A regular trial is held against Mr. Lorenz. That is the straight
- answer to your question.
- As for demagogy: You expressed that "Lorenz sins will be kindly
- pardoned in S in the name of human rights". I have concluded that your
- preposition is based upon the refusal of "lustration law" that is
- often refered to as controvercial with the bill of basic.... I
- think I was right because in your second contribution you expressed
- disagreement about turning down this law. Your descriptions of the
- consequences of the adoption of this law were explained in very
- demagogic way (I hope you wouldn't mind the usage of this word as
- I didn't mind those of yours) I have tried to explain that everybody
- will be judged for his actual crimes in SR. That means,to correct your
- idea, that there are no reasons why Mr. Lorez's crimes should have
- been pardoned if he is found guilty.
-
-
- Please, don't address another posting regarding this issue to me.
- I'm not able to put it more straightly as I did.
-
- respectfully,
-
