  20. Nope - I'm not going to ask that.  If KAT thinks that my neighbors
  21. should be able to vote me out of my stuff, I'll just remind him of
  22. that from time to time.  If KAT thinks that my neighbors shouldn't be
  23. able to do that, I'm going to ask why govt's are special.  His choice.
