  27. -defence (the army, embassies in other countries)
  28. -justice (courts and some police)
  29.      -to prevent murder, theft,
  30.           -to enforce contracts
  31. -maintain administration for 2 above (defense & justice)

  34. LEFTIST government *ALSO*
  35. -colects taxes to redistribute incomes  (most to the bureaucrats)
  36. -controls economy by manipulating money supply(in both directions)

  38.                                                 by tax havens and tax penalties
  39.                                                 by establishing and changing cus
  40. toms ( boundary tax )
  41.                                                 by dividing citizens by race, sk
  42. in, ethnic origin, wealth,
  43.                                                         colour of car, odd/even
  44. number of car, sex,
  45.                                                         date of birth, working/n
  46. ot working, bald/not bald
  47.                                                         AND granting "special ri
  48. ghts" to these "minorities"
  49.                                                 by regulating every aspect of yo

  55. EXTREME LEFTIST government      do the same as Leftist, but *ALSO* can kill
  56. you if you not agree to the policies. For example Stalin has killed several
  57. milions of Ukrainian farmers because they were too individualistic and
  58. refused to give away their land to the kolkhozes.
