  13. The following are a couple of things requested in the management
  14. enhancements that are already in the release 8 (or earlier) software:

  16. Some of these had multiple requests, so I thought the list might
  17. be interested.
  18.  
  19. 1.  In View Patron Suggestions, when you are done with Suggestions and
  20. want to see "books requested for purchase", you can do so without
  21. exiting the option and having to re-key your password to get back in.
  22.  
  23. 2.  In Create Lists, when you are finished with one list, the system
  24. takes you back to the list of lists instead of exiting the List function.
  25. No more typing your password dozens of times when you are doing
  26. list cleanup!
  27.  
  28. 3.  More lists, bigger lists.  We have included in the enhancement suggestions
  29. that more lists or bigger lists (or something tohelp with statistice
  30. and report creation in large institutions) be initiated.  However,
  31. it is also my understanding that
  32.  
  33.         you can buy more groups of lists from III.
  34.  
  35.         you can arrange the list groups in any way you want - so
  36.         that instead of having 4 60,000 lists, you could have one
  37.         240,000 list.

  39. 4.  Allow modification of existing search statements - so that when
  40. you input a strategy that you need to use again with only a little
  41. modification at the end, you don't have to re-type it (or remember
  42. it) - this is part of the "save" option in release 8.  After a seach is
  43. typed in, you can save it (with a name) and later call it back up
  44. to re-use.  The recalled strategy can be added to for the current list.

  46. You modify it the same way you would modify any strategy now - add another
  47. factor or ESC to backup and replace a factor - it is not full-text
  48. editing or anything fancy like that.
