- Database should include:
- Single record for an individual; individual may have made an
- inquiry only or may be registered for one or more courses.
- Data should include name, home address, employer, employer address,
- employment status, job title, social security number, phone number,
- date of birth, gender, areas of interest, education level

- Single record for a course including start date, end date,
- time, days of week, college, department, section, program
- specialist, instructor, cost, total income, itemized expenses.
- Currently, utilizing a 13 digit course number.

- Multiple registrations per individual providing a history of
- registrations by individual. Must include the amount paid for
- the course, form of payment, who paid (self or employer).

- Preferred Platform: SUN Unix
- Data base size estimates: 26,000 registrations in 2 years
- Number of inquiries: 3,500
- Number of courses: 600 per year

- Functions:
- Ability to produce labels based on a variety of selection
- criteria. Elimination of duplicate mailings to the same
- individual and household desired.

- Ability to produce a historical transcript of courses taken by
- an individual giving course name, dates taken and CEUs.

- Ability to produce an invoice for contract courses.

- Online and batch updating.

- Ability to limit online access to specific courses to specific
- users.
