  26. Database should include:
  27.      Single record for an individual; individual may have made an
  28.      inquiry only or may be registered for one or more courses.
  29.      Data should include name, home address, employer, employer address,
  30.      employment status, job title, social security number, phone number,
  31.      date of birth, gender, areas of interest, education level
  32.  
  33.      Single record for a course including start date, end date,
  34.      time, days of week, college, department, section, program
  35.      specialist, instructor, cost, total income, itemized expenses.
  36.      Currently, utilizing a 13 digit course number.
  37.  
  38.      Multiple registrations per individual providing a history of
  39.      registrations by individual.  Must include the amount paid for
  40.      the course, form of payment, who paid (self or employer).

  42. Preferred Platform:  SUN Unix
  43. Data base size estimates:  26,000 registrations in 2 years
  44. Number of inquiries:        3,500
  45. Number of courses:            600 per year

  47. Functions:
  48.      Ability to produce labels based on a variety of selection
  49.      criteria.  Elimination of duplicate mailings to the same
  50.      individual and household desired.
  51.  
  52.      Ability to produce a historical transcript of courses taken by
  53.      an individual giving course name, dates taken and CEUs.
  54.  
  55.      Ability to produce an invoice for contract courses.
  56.  
  57.      Online and batch updating.
  58.  
  59.      Ability to limit online access to specific courses to specific
  60.      users.

  62.      Adhoc reporting capability.

  64.      Reports: Course confirmations, class rosters, payments per
