I'm new to the ba news hierarchy (though I've lived in the Bay Area for
fourteen years) so I was looking around for a group in which to discuss
the evil ways of our local cable company.  I thought ba.politics might
be a reasonable choice, but was I in for a surprise!  This group seems
to be a seething cauldron of nothing but the most volatile topics you
ever wanted to stay away from.

Such people.  Such articles.  If usenet was a cage with Phil Ronzone
locked inside, I'd be sure not to put *my* hand through the bars!  I'm
out of here.
