  21. No argument here.  A possible refinement:  would it be better to form
  22. a misc.helping-hand or soc.helping-hand, and use the distribution field
  23. to focus the coverage?

  25. I think that you also need to structure the requests so they can be
  26. browsed efficiently.  This newsgroup will only be effective to the
  27. extent that it's used.

  29. Finally, perhaps subgroups, either by kind of need, or by .supply and
  30. .demand?
