- Hi!
-
- I'm trying to get a keyboard for my girlfriend (and possibly me).
- I wanted a 61-or-more key touch sensitive keyboard with MIDI, but I am on
- a budget right now.
- My girlfriend plays piano and I would probably be interested in playing
- with MIDI stuff. Essentially we want a nice "advanced beginer" keyboard just
- to have fun with it (maybe we'd like to do some composition, but we don't have
- any plans of doing any pro-stuff).
- I have seen a few keyboards and I liked the Yamaha PSR?-500M
- ($450 new), but I'd like to explore the possibility of a cheaper used
- keyboard. If you:
- a) are selling a keyboard (or know somebody that is)
- b) know a good used music store in the bay area
- c) know a discount source for keyboards
- d) have any recommendation as to what keyboard I should buy or
- what should I look for
-
- Please send me a note (to torres@cs.stanford.edu).
- Merry Xmas,
- - Alberto
