- I heard about it on ba.food and now it's my favorite restaurant in the
- South Bay. I guess their roast chicken is the thing I like best, but
- I always like to see what their special is that day.
-
- BTW, Cafe Marcella is in Los Gatos. It's in a rather obscure location.
- 368 Village Lane should be called Village Alley. I think the easiest
- way to get there from Hiway 17 is to turn left at Bakers Square (University
- Ave) and go thru the Bakers Square parking lot into the big parking
- lot that is right in back of Cafe Marcella.
-
- The atmosphere there is very warm, but the beautiful hardwood floor and
- the hard surfaces on the walls and ceiling make it kind of noisy when
- it's crowded. It would be nice to see some area rugs on the floor, but
- I guess that could get messsssy.
-
- I usually call for reservations (408) 354-8006, and they always seem to
- remember my name when I show up!
-
- Try it,
- Dave
