- One of the best Thai restaurants I have ever eaten at was called Thai Bistro
- (I think). It was in Carmel Valley. I wonder if it is run by the same people.
- The one in Carmel Valley was run by a couple (he's French, she's Thai). He is
- a pastry chef and she is the Thai chef (that's where they got the name.) If it
- is the same people, it is worth a trip to San Carlos. Also, if it is the same
- people, desserts are excellent so you shouldn't pass them up.
