- My wife and I tried this new Thai restaurant, Thai Bistro, in San
- Carlos (San Carlos is just south of San Mateo) and we felt that it was
- the Best Thai restaurant that we've been to in the Peninsula.
-
- We ordered 4 entres, rice, and ice coffee for a total of
- ~23.00 (not including tip). The portions were very generous.
- The food tasted sensational. We were going to order desert,
- but we were too stuffed and didn't have any room left.
-
- If you want to give it a try, take 101 to the Holly exit in Redwood
- City. Good west toward El Camino. Cross El Camino and take a left on
- Laurel. Stay on Laurel as you cross over San Carlos Ave. and the
- restaurant should be 1-2 blocks down on your left.
