  14. I haven't seen anyone mention Tien Fu on Castro. The one in the city on
  15. Noriega is better, but when I have a hankering for scallion pancakes
  16. (actually I think they call them green onion pancakes) it is the place
  17. to go. I think their other dishes are OK. Not great, but not bad
