  14. Starfleet could have specially modified cyber-troops.  A non-Starfleet version
  15. was seen in a ST:TNG episode.
  16. These soldiers would probably have great musculature, endurance, memory, etc. 
  17. Greatly increased physical skills.  They would also have built in 'tronics to
  18. help them with their task at hand.
