- there are two schools of thought. One is to always match the fiber
- you are sewing in the thread ie silk thread for silks, cotton thread for
- cottons, etc. The other is to always sew expensive delicate fabrics with
- weak thread so if it catches on something, the thread will rip not the fabric.
