  12.         I think that the key words that tripped me off were :
  13.         "He thinks that my concerns are petty."
  14.         If that be the case, there seems to be irreconciable differences.
  15.         I don't feel that what you are feeling is petty at all.
  16.         A woman needs to be treated like a woman, not a man.  These
  17.         things are not petty when dealing with a woman.  And, if a
  18.         woman is concerned with something dealing with expressing
  19.         feelings in a relationship, it is not petty - at least to the
  20.         woman.  If your emotional needs are not being met, get out of
  21.         of the relationship.  If he does not show signs of changing,
  22.         he will not change.  A new year is coming.  It might be time to
  23.         make the break.
