  29. BTW, I think I'll take advantage of this opportunity to explain the Bill Card 
  30. theory of punnishment.  Does anybody here know Bill Card?  I went to college
  31. with him.  He's probably the source of all puns, even the ones that we think
  32. we originated on our own.  Therefore, when somebody makes a bad pun, it's
  33. considered appropriate to hit Bill.
