- Mystery Hill/America's Stonehenge:
-
- (Assuming approach from Boston 8)>>...)
- NORTH to NH 28 (your choice of routes. I93 to EAST on NH 111 is one
- option).
-
- NORTH on NH 28 to the junction with NH 111. (if coming from I93 on
- NH 111, stay with NH 111. (The intersction of 28 and 111 is "busy"
- and is a 5 way to boot, so careful.)
-
- EAST (compass NE) on NH 111 for about 2 miles.
-
- If memory serves its RIGHT onto a secondary road, then RIGHT again
- into the AS/MH parking lot.
-
- Its in NORTH SALEM, NH, tho the map shows a location of (ahemmmmm)
- "Cowbell Corners".
-
- The "stonehenge" tag can set false expectations. No massive standing
- stones, just low stone built remains, hugging the hillside/top. Is
- it ancient or mysterious? Dunno....
-
- (actually, a visit now, near the solstice might be interesting...)
