- I never buy from Babbages any more. I used to be a big fan of theirs. They have
- pretty good prices and I liked their return policy. Over the course of a year,
- I purchased a lynx, a Genesis, a couple of dozen video carts and a new PC game
- every other week or so. Then two weeks in a row I returned games to them, and
- the second time, I thought I was going to be arrested. Ok, it wasn't that bad,
- but they were giving me all sorts of heat about returning the game. The told
- me that if I was going to be constantly returning stuff, they would have to cut
- off my return privledges. I pointed out that I was a regular customer and
- rairly returned anything. They said that they didn't keep track of purchases,
- only returns. They were really rude. Now I do all my game buying at Electronic
- Boutique. As it turns out, their prices are better (they will match anyones
- prices), and they never hassle me about returns.
