  13. Well, Christmas morning came and the one thing I have been hounding my wife
  14. about getting for the past 9 months showed up... A Lynx!  I like mine a lot!
  15. For the past 9 months my wife has been telling me that it was stupid for
  16. me to want a Lynx when I have the SNES, TG16/CD, and (my daughters) NES, but
  17. I kept telling her, 'It has fun games.'  Now, I can understand specs but I 
  18. dont care about them, all I care about is having fun.  The Lynx has got 2
  19. thumbs up for fun.  I am having a hardware/software problem though that I need
  20. help with.  It seems that since I got my Lynx... When I go to find it, it is
  21. usually turned on.. Now, the only thing I can think of is that it is being
  22. turned on because my wife insists on playing it and it would be pretty stupid
  23. to have a Lynx in your hands, staring at the screen and not have it on...
  24.  
  25. Anyway, how do I combat this problem... I can't play my Lynx when I want to 
  26. because my wife insists on playing the Surfing Game from California Games?

  28. Has anyone else had this problem?

  30. Oh, and I went to T'R'U to try to get Warbirds.. They were out.. I guess Ill
  31. have to wait... They were also out of Lynx's and a number of games (this being
  32. right after Christmas...) I was thinking that this was good because it must
  33. mean that people are buying it, not just that T'R'U happens to have some dead
  34. space to fill.  Anyway... I got Checkered Flag instead (another one that has
  35. the same hardware problem as above)... Rampart was a gift from a friend and 
  36. and Robotron was a gift from my wife... I made out pretty good... I *NEED*
  37. Warbirds though...
