  13. I played in a band many moons ago whose drummer was an extremely strange
  14. person.  One of his many quirks was his inability to think and drive at
  15. the same time, which resulted in a few tickets for driving too slow.
  16. Apparently, they'd just think he's drunk, and were then unwilling to not give
  17. him a ticket even when they find him sober.
