  14.         There goes your theory, unless the number givers in Clarksville, Tennessee in 1951 were color blind, which I truely doubt.
  15.         BTW, has it ever occured to you how many thousands of people would
  16. have to be in on this plot? Not only would every town that registered births
  17. or local office that gave out numbers have to be in on it, but all the
  18. employers would have to be in on it too. If you think all these people can
  19. keep a secret of how they were wasting their time at government expense, then
  20. you really don't need to worry about conspiracy theories- you need a life!
