  20.     Simple.  Opium is harder to smuggle than smack.  That is why
  21.     the prohibition of drugs is so stupid--it favors stronger and
  22.     therefore more destructive alternatives.  Of course whether the
  23.     drug will be a derivative of opium like heroin or a derivative
  24.     of cocaine like crack is probably determined by which region of
  25.     the earth is having a secret war with our beloved government. 1/2 ;-)
