  19. Buying something on the street is a sure way to get ripped off. I know
  20. several people who tried to buy 'hard drugs' on the street in Amsterdam 
  21. and none of them ever got what they paid for. Raves on the other hand 
  22. are supposed to be a pretty good place to get drugs. Small ones are often
  23. better than big ones. Buy CityLife Amsterdam to get info about raves.
