  26.   IMHO, this is the entire point of those ads on TV (the cartoon and car&
  27.   tree&couple necking in back - learn to be more responsible.  Either don't
  28.   become intoxicated (MJ/alcohol/etc.) (the preferred method) and don't have
  29.   sex or if you're going to have sex, don't become impaired to the point that
  30.   you forget about such things as contreception and safer-sex practices.
