  19. According to Steven Scheuer's guide, Bloodsucking Freaks was directed
  20. by Joel Reed.  The reviewer (who obviously hated the flick) lists an
  21. alternate title, namely The Incredible Torture Show.

  23. I rented a video version during the summer.  It features some delightfully
  24. campy bad acting and dialogue.  The gore reminds me of some of the
  25. better passages in Juliette (by the Marquis De Sade).  Pleasantly
  26. tasteless and outrageous.  This is a film to be avoided by the truly
  27. prudish, but prurient hypocrites and fans of the Grande Guignol (sp?)
  28. should enjoy.  People who don't care for the tongue in cheek stuff won't
  29. find it as attractive.  (It also has lots of female nudity which is
  30. probably why they didn't bother to send it to the MPAA to be rated.:)

  32. Another tacky tongue in cheek gorefest is Psychos In Love.  Also a must
  33. for people who like Psycho-style shower scenes.  (Three of 'em if I
  34. remember correctly!)  Again, lots of female nudity so it would be
  35. un-American to let the kiddies see this.
