  11. This message will, of course, be of particular interest to any members of 
  12. GURTA.

  14. The Greenland operation is apparently running well.  The director of 
  15. operations is retired Colonel P. Hazig, as we had suspected.
  16.  
  17. According to 'leaked' documents, the ETF's have been maintaining their 
  18. side of the contract in regards to releasing technological information.  
  19. Apparently, all received information is being sent FYO to another 
  20. commission (likely Space Sciences) set up in Seattle or possibly New 
  21. Mexico, and information security has remained at the most extreme levels.

  23. Communications seem to have been hampered in some respects however, as 
  24. the ETFs have been reported by local agencies to be working at some sort 
  25. of clandestine OGU for over a month now, presumably conducting some sort 
  26. of test within the earth's atmosphere - often over Sweden for whatever 
  27. reason we can only speculate.
