- Most (but not all) wine labels will come off if they bottle is soaked in
- a solution of about 2 tbsp of ammonia in 1 gallon of warm water. Leave
- about 2 hours and the label should peel off very easily. Blot with
- paper towel (or cloth for the environmentally correct) and leave to air
- dry face down so the glue doesn't stick to anything.
