  18. I assume you mean DDIF to GIF ?
  19. You could try reading the DDIF image into DECwindows Paint, exporting
  20. it as X11 bitmap and read this into XV and save it as GIF. XV is a PD graphics
  21. manipulation program that handles many formats.
