  10.         Hello.  I will soon be publishing a paper on the environmental policy
  11. and condition of the Peoples Republic of China.  If there is anybody out there
  12. who has information they can contribute please do so.
  13.         I am not looking for unsubstantiated allegations.  I prefer to have
  14. explicit data and information.  If possible, I would like copies of Chinese
  15. environmental laws.  
  16.         I am especially hoping that you GREENPEACE people will show your worth
  17. and give me something that is helpful.  All other environment groups are just
  18. as welcome to help.  
  19.         If the data and information is yours, I will follow make sure that it
  20. is properly cited.  The information may be sent to me via E-mail or posted.  I
  21. would like the info in English, Chinese, German or Russian, but other languages
  22. are acceptable.
