  11. Our best undergraduate has just informed me that he wants to do graduate work
  12. in atmospheric science. He asked me to write letters for him to Cal and
  13. Cornell, both of which have programs in atmospheric science. Are there some
  14. good programs he is missing? Is there, for example, a program at Boulder with
  15. NCAR?

  17. I feel terribly unqualified to advise this student in this area, and it's
  18. getting late! He will write the GRE tomorrow, and we'll be in the reference
  19. business very soon. What other schools should he get his grades sent to? Where
  20. are the best programs?
