  18. This would be the sizable minority living north of Lake Erie by choice,
  19. I take it.  Wishing you lot a nice day is about as meaningful as
  20. wishing the rest of us should win the lottery.

  23. their bad days with "Go to hell" since before sailors were cheerfully
  24. greeting Prometheus each morning as they sailed past his rock.

  27. These popular rhetorical devices for establishing mood can be enlivened
  28. by an occasional interchange in the order of "Go to hell" and "Bah,
  29. humbug".

  32. greeter might really mean it and be depressed at the thought that a
  33. fellow creature might not be having a simply wonderful morning.  INTP
  34. greeters are much more tolerable in this regard: you know that they
  35. derive a certain satisfaction from your disclosure that you are having
  36. an even harder time getting your morning jump-started than they.
