  12. Hello,
  13. I am currently designing a SPAR buoy that is to be deployed next year with
  14. an array of oceanographic gear next year.  I have been looking for 
  15. recent design reports, papers, etc. on this subject and would like more 
  16. references.  I've decided to have it built of steel so I am also looking for 
  17. references that specifically deal with corrosion resistant design.  Are 
  18. sacrificial zinc anodes and/or zinc chromate paint adequate for a four month 
  19. deployment?
