  13. I have a shaft encoder that I want to interface to an 80c31 mpu for use in
  14. digital setting circles for my telescope.  What I would like to be able to do 
  15. is to connect one phase if the encoder to int1 and the other phase to T1 on 
  16. the mpu.. That way when the mpu interrupts on int1 I can test T1 to determine
  17. the direction.  My problem is that the outputs on the encoder are triangular,
  18.  do I need to convert this to square wave?
