- I have a shaft encoder that I want to interface to an 80c31 mpu for use in
- digital setting circles for my telescope. What I would like to be able to do
- is to connect one phase if the encoder to int1 and the other phase to T1 on
- the mpu.. That way when the mpu interrupts on int1 I can test T1 to determine
- the direction. My problem is that the outputs on the encoder are triangular,
- do I need to convert this to square wave?
-
- Thanks for any help
