- I'm trying to build a circuit using some D Flip-Flops. The chips say they are
- rated up to 16V (from a low of like 5 volts) so I figured I'd use a 9 volt
- battery. Well I tried that, and hooked up a partial circuit. Evidently
- I didn't have enough current since setting the SET to 1 did not produce
- the correct output...
-
- Any help would be appreciated...
-
- Thanks
