- number also has a '9' in the 4th digit! ;-} ;-} ;-}

- I also know of at least two other non-pay_phones that have a '9' as the 4th
- digit, so I would certainly not rely on using that as a positive indication
- that the caller is at a pay phone!

- Just thought I would point this out before someone designs their automatic
- caller-id phone system to flag all "4th digit '9's" as pay-phones. Thanx.
