  21.   no waiting.   How much were they willing to pay?  No more than $20

  25.   or foreign, the voters love it when we send in the Marines or National
  26.   Guard.  Cure for AIDS, cure for cancer, national parks, explore space,
  27.   guaranteed college loans, help the pure, fix the environment, and a 
  28.   zillion other things, they're all for it.  Try closing a military base
  29.   or canceling a defense contract and they squeal like stuck pigs.
  30.   Raise taxes?   Get real.

  32.   Don't blame Congress -- they're following the dictates of the
  33.   voters -- just try running for Congress on a platform of CUTTING 
  34.   local porkbarrel projects and see how far you get!
