- hello!
-
- this monday I went down to the track, did 4 laps warmup, stretched
- myself, and did a 100m race, fine, then I stretched, and started
- on a 200m race, and wham(!), my the backside of my knee hurt me.
- Nothing bad, so I run another 200m and it's okay, not much pain.
- Now, I fly up 50 of 17inch steps and wham(!), and this time it
- really hurts, but it passes after some stretching, so I do another
- flight, and it's okay. I'm a bit sore in the evening, but in the
- morning I can hardly move my leg.
- I took a 4 lap warmup, and it was okay, I stretched and I felt good,
- so I put myself in the blocks for a 200m sprint, tried to fly out off
- there, but it hurt me very much. When I lift my right knee it's okay,
- but when I stop it, to kick down it hurts right on the back of the
- knee, in the "fold", the kick off and the rest is okay.
- I've had this kind of pain before, but not this bad, just a slight
- soreness that would pass over night. I figured I'd ask net-land
- before I go see the doc, since I've had the same symptoms before,
- and it passed by then.
- It hurts when I try to straighten the knee, but to lift some weights
- in a hamstring machine is no problems, so I figured it's not a ripped
- hamstring (like the lower hold.) Any ideas???
-
- thanks!

- Oh, I just increased the intensity of my schedule this week...
