- In article <^n#@byu.edu> you wrote:
- : The question here is, is this little bird worth the money? How does

- : available? Any info would be great.
-
- Well a guy has flown helis for a long time told me the people that put
- out that machine should be put in jail. I have only seen one, but never
- flying. The initial cost is not important compared to the cost of maint. and
- repair. Also HL is the only place in the US to get parts which is an important
- point when choosing a heli. If they drop the line you are SOL. Go for a
- Concept 30 or Enforcer or Shuttle ZX. If need be you can fly the Shuttle
- with a four channel. Also many people are using airplane engines in their
- Concepts. Make sure you get a BB Schurle ported one of .32 to .35.

- : Hobby Lobby also offers an electric Hughes 500D for $189 less $30 motor and $
- : 60 battery. I imagine this might not be the best machine to learn on, but
- : electric heli-flight seems very intruiging.
- The Kalt Whisper sells for a little more and is a better electric.
