- On the other hand, as a frequent cyclist, I've heard horns (directed at
- me or not) which have almost made me lose control of my bike and get
- in an accident. Most horns seem to be "tuned" to get through to the
- motorist with windows rolled up and stereo going. Horns even louder than
- that can actually be a hazard to the non-cocooned bystander.
